Arrival Procedures:

Our arrival time is 9:00 a.m, so we can begin our day together at 9:15. At this time please walk your child to the classroom. If your child gets dropped off early for morning care (between the hours of 7:30 and 8:30) please walk your child to Room # 21 using the front main doors

Dismissal Procedures:

         Our pick-up times are either 12:00 or 2:00 depending on what schedule you have picked for your child. Please wait for your child at the front main door of the school.

         If your child gets picked up at 3:00 or 4:00 please walk to the classroom. If your child stays past 4:30, please pick up your child from aftercare in     

Room #21. Please use the front main doors

Snack Time/Lunch Time:

• Please have your child bring a water bottle labeled with their name to school. 

• If your child stays until 2:00 please pack them a non-perishable snack (please place the snack in a Ziploc bag and label it “snack” kept separate from their lunchbox) plus a lunch in their lunchbox. If things need to stay cold please place an ice pack inside, any hot foods should be stored in a thermos. 

• If your child stays past 2:00 for extended care, please pack them 2-3 non-perishable snacks (labeled AM snack, PM snack and Ext Snack (if they stay past 430), kept separate from their lunch box.
